The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a team of Health Enthusiasts and guide customers toward lifelong wellness. You will support the Store Manager, drive daily sales, and help recruit and develop top talent.

Qualifications

• The desire to work a flexible schedule (holidays, weekends, locations) depending on business needs.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 3–5 years of retail experience.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Act as a direct support to the Store Manager - executing with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals, while supporting others.
• Assist with recruiting and developing top talent.
• Foster external, community relationships that help grow sales.
• Lead with integrity and accountability.
• Maintain store maintenance, loss prevention standards, receipts, shelf readiness and pricing.
