The role focuses on personalized hormone therapy and medically assisted weight loss within a concierge-level patient experience in a modern, upscale setting in Wellington, FL.

Responsibilities include client consultations, wellness assessments, creating and managing treatment plans, prescribing therapies, documenting in EMRs, and maintaining exceptional patient

Qualifications

• Active Florida NP or PA license; required for practice in FL.
• Experience in hormone therapy, weight management, and functional medicine preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Educate clients on nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle optimization.
• Monitor treatment outcomes and ensure patient satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed, compliant documentation in EMR systems.
