Key Responsibilities

• Conduct new client consultations, wellness assessments/physical exams, and follow-ups.
• Develop and manage personalized hormone therapy and medically assisted weight loss treatment plans.
• Prescribe and oversee therapies including testosterone, estrogen, peptides, semaglutide, and tirzepatide.
• Educate clients on nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle optimization.
• Monitor treatment outcomes and ensure exceptional patient satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed, compliant documentation in EMR systems.
• Represent the 4Ever Young brand with professionalism, warmth, and care.
• Collaborate with the marketing department on digital marketing strategies, events, and promotions.
• Generate weekly sales reports using our leads database to quantify contacts and sales.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Associate (PA) license in the state of Florida.
• Prior experience in hormone therapy, weight management, functional medicine or wellness preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, polished presence with a passion for luxury wellness and patient experience.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
