Massage Envy is seeking a driven General Manager for our San Tan location in Gilbert, AZ. You will lead by example, coach teams, and use metrics to exceed sales and service goals.

Create an exceptional client experience and manage daily operations with a supportive, high-energy culture. With 3+ years of leadership, you’ll guide staffing, scheduling, and compliance while promoting wellness and staff development.

Formación

• 3+ years of management experience (spa, fitness, retail, or hospitality experience a plus).
• Passion for wellness and committed to creating a positive environment for both clients and staff.
• A strong communicator and motivator with a knack for building cohesive, productive teams.
• Skilled at interpreting business metrics and using them to drive smart decisions.
• Organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
