Ideal candidates are sales-focused professionals with at least 2 years of experience, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in health and wellness. The compensation includes a base salary plus uncapped commission, with on-target earnings of $70,000–$120,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of face-to-face or consultative sales experience.
• Proven confidence discussing pricing and closing sales.
• Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective clients in the studio.
• Guide clients through the consultation process, including measurements, and health risk assessment.
• Support enrollment conversations and ask for the sale in a professional manner.
