Job summary

Palm Beach Tan - SVI Corporate, LLC is seeking a Wellness Consultant to help clients look and feel their best, hit sales goals, and grow with a friendly, team-driven atmosphere.

As an entry-level role, you’ll provide warm consultations, educate customers on our tanning and skincare offerings, handle basic POS tasks, and support promotions while maintaining salon standards and a welcoming customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Basic computer and POS skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand 7+ hours a day and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Greet and consult with clients in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning.
• Deliver customer service that keeps clients coming back.
• Keep the salon clean, organized, and health standards compliant.
• Handle cash, opening/closing duties, and PCI-compliant data handling.
