Job summary

Campbell County Health is seeking an Occupational Health Tech to support wellness screenings (phlebotomy, biometrics), audiograms, and pulmonary function tests, plus health coaching for corporate and community wellness, on and off site.

Under supervision of the Wellness Supervisor and Director of Safety, Health, and Development, you will educate clients and provide one-to-one consultation to enhance health and awareness across populations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Associates or higher in a health-related field preferred unless currently possessing a health-related certificate.
Phlebotomy, Health Coaching, Occupational Hearing (COHC), or Personal Training certificates preferred.
Wellness experience preferred, including knowledge of taking biometrics, phlebotomy, disease prevention, health coaching.

Responsibilities

Provide wellness screenings and health coaching.
Deliver customer service at all times.
Maintain an organized, clean and safe environment for clients and coworkers.
Document according to policy and use computer programs.
Remains competent in wellness screening tests (vital signs, height/weight, body composition, registration, hearing, phlebotomy, PFTs).
Participate in committees and process improvement teams.
Contribute to department budget by promoting cost savings.
Demonstrates safe truck and trailer operation and travels to corporate sites for scheduled screenings.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Assists with infection control measures using PPE and handwashing.
