SVI Corporate, LLC, a Palm Beach Tan & Wellness Franchisee, seeks energetic individuals to join our growing team. Earn up to 12% commission with a base hourly pay and monthly bonuses, alongside extensive training and a team-focused atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (7+ hours).
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining salon staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Achieving sales goals and other performance criteria by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff.
• Completing company operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Achieving financial objectives through effective monitoring of controllable expenses.
• Maintaining the stability and reputation of the salon by complying with all legal requirements.
