Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• Ability to effectively influence others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (7+ hours).
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining salon staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Achieving sales goals and other performance criteria by training, motivating, mentoring, and coaching staff.
• Completing company operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on results.
• Achieving financial objectives through effective monitoring of controllable expenses.
• Maintaining the salon’s reputation by complying with all legal requirements.
• Ensuring salons are clean, stocked, organized, and customer-ready.
• Establishing rapport with customers to build loyalty and long-term relationships.
• Creating a positive, motivating, team-based environment.
• Investigating and resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Analyzing daily sales and expenses to maximize revenue and profits.
