Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• One-year supervisory experience.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods, 7+ hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the salon manager with staffing by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Achieve sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff.
• Schedule and assign employees; follow up on work results to meet operational targets.
• Monitor expenses to support financial objectives for the salon.
• Ensure the salon is clean, stocked, organized, and customer-ready.
• Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty and long-term relationships.
• Create a positive, motivating team environment and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize sales and net profits.
