Job summary

GNC is seeking a Sales Associate to help customers find the right health and wellness products and to promote the Live Well philosophy. You will greet customers, assess needs, recommend products, and contribute to a welcoming in-store experience while supporting accurate product knowledge and upsell opportunities.

This part-time hourly role requiring flexibility to work evenings and weekends, restock shelves, fulfill online orders, handle cash, and maintain store appearance.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to greet customers and recommend products based on needs.
Able to stand for up to eight hours and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

Proactively greet and welcome every customer that visits GNC and create a welcoming environment.
Interact with customers to help them choose the right products and make recommendations.
Drive for results to achieve and exceed store and personal sales and productivity goals.
Fulfill online orders timely and accurately in compliance with company guidelines.
Restock products, maintain visual merchandising, and assist with cleaning duties.
Support store management in opening, closing and operating the store, including cash handling and deposits.
