Job summary

GNC is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to help customers find the right health and wellness products and provide expert recommendations. You will greet customers, promote the Live Well philosophy, and contribute to a positive shopping experience in our store.

In addition to base hourly pay, top performers can earn incentive pay. You may also support restocking, merchandising, and processing online orders while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand for up to eight hours a day.
• Ability to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Proactively greet and welcome every customer that visits GNC and create a welcoming environment to attract new and existing customers.
• Interact with customers to help them choose the right products and make recommendations based on needs and knowledge.
• Drive for results to achieve and exceed store and personal sales and productivity goals.
• Fulfill online orders timely and accurately in accordance with company guidelines.
• Boost product knowledge by learning features, advantages and benefits of products.
• Assist in opening/closing the store, cash handling, inventory counts, and maintaining store appearance.
