Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a friendly, energetic Representative to engage with members and clients, promote services, and drive memberships. You will maintain an inviting store environment, assist with tours, answer inquiries, and support daily store operations with a team-focused mindset.

You will handle guest interactions, assist in selling packages, and help onboard new members while upholding Restore’s values and mission. Weekend shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience in retail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willing to work weekends.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly manner.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment for members, clients and staff.
• Multi-task effectively in a busy store while staying positive.
• Engage with members via phone, email and in-person to promote services.
• Sell packages and memberships and educate clients on modalities and benefits.
• Onboard new members and create client profiles, waivers and agreements.
• Support sales and store operations to achieve targets.
• Represent the brand and foster a fun, inclusive store culture.

Compensation: $18 - $24.00+ per hour, no cap (range includes variable comp/bonuses)

A Day In the Life…

• Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment for all members, clients and staff.
• Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Communicate with members and clients, via telephone, email and face-to-face, to effectively promote Restore and our service offerings.
• Providing guest tours, selling packages & memberships.
• Educate clients of all modalities and benefits, recommend products we offer to support and enhance their goals.
• Ensure proper on-boarding of new Restore members and clients through the use of waivers, agreements and the creation of client profiles.
• Support and contribute to the outcomes in all sales performance and operational areas for your store.
• Administering all non-medical and non-specialty services.
• Community outreach - assisting in lead generation, attending community events, contribute to social media efforts and act as a brand ambassador to strengthen business to business relationships.
• Represent the brand by embodying Restore’s core values and acting in alignment with the mission and vision of Restore Hyper Wellness and the Hyper Wellness® lifestyle.
• Create a fun and engaging store culture by ensuring every team member is involved, valued, and recognized for his/her contributions.

Qualifications

• You’re passionate about health and wellness
• You have at least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment. Hot tip - While Restore is technically a retail operation, we don’t have a retail vibe.
• Working weekends doesn’t bum you out
• Communication and collaboration are some of your strong suits
