Job summary

GNC in the United States is seeking a Sales Associate to warmly greet customers, advise on products, and promote our Live Well philosophy. You will help restock, fulfill online orders, and maintain visual merchandising while delivering a friendly, informative shopping experience.

This is a part-time hourly position with opportunities to earn performance-based incentives. You must be at least 18, able to stand for extended periods, and flexible to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused sales experience preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift small loads as needed

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome every customer entering the store and engage to assess needs.
• Advise on products and make recommendations based on product knowledge and customer goals.
• Strive to meet and exceed store sales and productivity targets.
• Fulfill online orders promptly and accurately.
• Maintain product knowledge about wellness and nutrition trends.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and store upkeep.
