Job summary

GNC is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to help customers discover products and deliver a tailored, engaging shopping experience. You will greet customers, advise on selections, and promote the Live Well philosophy. Responsibilities include restocking, merchandising, online order fulfillment, and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.
• Frequent reaching and bending and twisting - below waist and above shoulders.
• Frequently lifting up to twenty pounds, occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome every customer; understand their needs and offer meaningful solutions.
• Interact with customers to help them choose the right products and make recommendations based on product knowledge.
• Drive for results to achieve store and personal sales and productivity goals.
• Fulfill online orders accurately and on time in line with company guidelines.
• Maintain store appearance and assist with stock, merchandising, and cleaning duties.
