Job summary

GNC is a global leader in health and wellness, offering a dynamic range of products. As a Sales Associate, you’ll welcome customers, advise on products, and promote the Live Well philosophy in a team-focused environment.

You’ll be responsible for assisting customers, restocking, restocking online orders, merchandising, and maintaining store appearance, while supporting management and aiming to exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

• Part-time hourly position.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.
• Frequent lifting up to 40 pounds; push/pull up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Proactively greet and welcome every customer that visits GNC and create a welcoming environment to attract new and existing customers.
• Ability to genuinely interact with customers to help them choose the right products, as well as making recommendations based on knowledge and needs.
• Drive for results to achieve and exceed store and personal sales and productivity goals.
• Fulfill online orders timely and accurately in compliance with company guidelines.
• Boost product knowledge by learning the features, advantages and benefits; stay updated on wellness news.
• Support store management in opening, closing and operating the retail store, including cash handling and inventory/ deposits.
