Job summary

GNC is seeking a Sales Associate to create a welcoming in-store experience, engage customers to understand their needs, and promote products that fit their wellness goals. You will learn and share product knowledge while driving sales and maintaining appealing displays.

You will restock, fulfill online orders, and support opening/closing procedures. Participation in incentives, holidays, and a commitment to the Live Well philosophy is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be able to greet and assist customers in a friendly manner.
• Ability to help customers find the right products through knowledge and questions.
• Proven ability to meet sales and productivity goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome every customer and help them find products.
• Make recommendations based on customer needs and product knowledge.
• Restock products and maintain store visuals; fulfill online orders.
• Assist with opening/closing, cash handling, and deposits.
• Promote the Live Well message and GNC brand to customers.
