The ideal candidate has prior customer service experience and knowledge of vitamins, dietary supplements or health products, with strong sales skills and a customer‑centric approach. You will participate in promotions and maintain a welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• Knowledge of vitamins, dietary supplements or health products is desirable.
• Good sales techniques and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping.
• Assist customers with selecting vitamins, supplements and wellness products.
• Drive sales by participating in product promotions and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain solid product knowledge to help customers with their selections.
• Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Work at a register to ring up and carry out customer sales.
• Collect payments by cash and credit card; issue receipts and refunds.
