Massage Envy Thousand Oaks is seeking a customer-focused team member to deliver exceptional service at our Thousand Oaks location. You will educate clients on massage and skincare offerings, promote the Wellness Program, and support scheduling and guest relations to build a loyal client base.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales preferred.
• Candidates should have strong math and computer skills and multitasking ability.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build guest relationships.
• Knowledge of massage and skincare services helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on services and Wellness Program, promote retail items.
• Schedule services, answer calls, emails, and assist with clinic flow.
