Massage Envy Winston-Salem is seeking team members who excel in customer service and enjoy helping clients feel their best. You will promote Total Body Care, educate clients on services, book sessions, and encourage homecare retail purchases based on provider recommendations.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, managing scheduling, handling calls and emails, and contributing to clinic flow while growing and retaining a loyal client base. Flexible schedule offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent; retail or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent math and computer skills with the ability to multitask.
• Great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests.
• Knowledge of massage and skin care services is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood.
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on services, selling Wellness Program, booking future services, and encouraging homecare purchases.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering calls, emails, and questions.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.
