Job summary

Massage Envy Easton-Brockton is seeking team members to support wellness journeys. The role offers competitive hourly pay ($17.00–$19.00) plus tips, bonuses, and commissions, with full-time employees receiving healthcare and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills and ability to multitask.

• General knowledge of massage and skincare services.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on services and Wellness Program, book future services, and promote homecare purchases.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling, answering calls, and replying to emails.
