Stretch Zone is seeking a Sales Associate to help members feel, move, and live better. No prior experience required; motivation and a passion for helping others are enough to get started.

This is a front-line role focused on delivering an exceptional member experience in a collaborative team environment at Stretch Zone. This position includes promoting the value of practitioner-assisted stretching, greeting members, scheduling appointments, and supporting retention with friendly service.

Qualifications

• Experience or background in sales (preferred).
• Training provided.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
• Willingness to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote the value of practitioner-assisted stretching by achieving sales goals, encouraging add-on sessions, and continuously refining sales techniques
• Deliver exceptional customer service and greet members with a smile, schedule appointments, answer calls, and address member concerns
• Ensure strong member retention through proactive engagement, follow-ups, and a seamless member experience
