Job summary

YogaSix in Seattle seeks a Wellness Sales Advisor to drive new memberships and retain current clients. You will greet customers, assist with class selections and merchandise purchases, and contribute to a thriving YogaSix community.

Responsibilities include lead generation, tours for prospects, meeting sales goals, and participating in events. Must be flexible with hours, including weekends, and capable of using Club Ready software.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented with ability to achieve sales targets.
• Must be fluent in English with excellent communication via in person, phone and email.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Must learn and use the Club Ready software system.
• Daily and/or occasional travel may be required.
• Full time with flexible availability and weekends.
• Attend special events and trainings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute full sales process from lead generation to closing.
• Meet and exceed sales goals set by GM.
• Conduct studio tours to build rapport and facilitate sales.
• Be knowledgeable about products, programs and pricing.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
• Participate in grassroots/community events to promote the studio.
• Maintain a clean, safe and inviting environment.
• Develop selling skills; other duties as assigned.
