Job summary

Therabody is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate for Century City. You will work one-on-one with customers, sharing Therabody product education and helping create an engaging store experience.

This role requires friendly communication, an interest in health and wellness, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to work weekends, evenings and holidays. Prior POS/CRM knowledge is a plus and you will join a team dedicated to brand immersion.

Qualifications

• Experience within the health and wellness field.
• Curious mind eager to learn and help others.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Retail knowledge with POS and CRM systems preferred.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Lift boxes to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Certification from ACSM, NASM, ACE or related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate Therabody’s values and brand philosophy to all guests.
• Create an excellent consumer experience and promote an inclusive retail environment.
• Understand all Therabody products and engage with guests.
• Participate in events outside of the store when applicable.
• Follow policies and procedures.
• Contribute to daily tasks including restocking inventory, cleaning, answering calls and other projects.
