Job summary

Therabody is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate in Century City to provide one-on-one consumer education and immersive brand experiences. You will represent Therabody, explain product benefits, and contribute to a welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities include product knowledge across the Therabody family, assisting with events, and supporting daily functions such as restocking and customer inquiries. Weekend/evening availability and physical tasks up to 50 lbs are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in health and wellness fields.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Retail experience with POS and CRM systems preferred.
• Ability to lift boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Communicate Therabody’s values and brand philosophy to all guests.
• Create an excellent consumer experience and promote an efficient and inclusive retail environment.
• Have a thorough working knowledge of all products in the Therabody family while engaging with guests.
• Participate in events outside of the store when applicable.
• Understand and follow all policies and procedures.
• Contribute to the daily tasks, including restocking inventory, cleaning, answering calls, and other assigned projects.
