The role emphasizes stocking VitaCare shelves, inventory checks, merchandising, and supporting store operations including cashier duties. Flexible shifts, strong customer service, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with vitamins or supplements a plus.
• Strong verbal communication and basic English literacy.
• Able to multitask in a busy retail environment.
• Basic computer competency (email, potential point-of-sale systems).

Responsibilities

• Support store operations: cashier settlements, promotions, and shift coordination.
• Engage customers with product comparisons and resources providing guidance without medical advice.
• Keep VitaCare shelves stocked, rotate inventory, check expiration dates, and maintain facings.
• Maintain VitaCare area cleanliness, safety, and hazard removal.
• Assist with inventory restocking and verify delivery invoices.
• Assist with product displays and promotional setups to highlight supplements.
• Provide staff support during breaks or gaps in VitaCare staffing.
