Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly and assist with locating items.
• Handle cash, checks, and card transactions accurately according to policies.
• Restock shelves, update pricing, and assist with inventory tasks.
• Support opening/closing store activities and multi-department support.
• Assist pharmacy personnel as needed and participate in growth opportunities.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs.
