Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Pasadena is seeking team members to provide courteous customer service, maintain attractive displays, and ensure adherence to health and safety standards within the Whole Body department. Will rotate stock, process orders, and support store programs while delivering quality service.

No prior retail experience is required and training is provided. The role involves lifting up to 50 pounds, flexible scheduling, and contributing to a clean, well-organized shopping environment

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitors product quality and freshness and ensures proper product rotation.
• Logs, processes, and retrieves customer special orders.
• Completes spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required.
• Follows department procedures for preparing, storing, rotating, and stocking of product.
• May assist in training of new Team Members, utilizing all learning checklists and training materials.
• Supports national, regional and store programs.
• Provides excellent customer service, addresses needs of customers in a timely and effective manner.
