Canyon Ranch seeks a friendly, professional bartender for Canyon Ranch Austin, delivering upscale beverage service in a wellness‑driven resort environment. You will craft cocktails, mocktails, wine, and specialty drinks, while coordinating with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth dining experiences.

The role requires 1–2 years of luxury hospitality experience, flexibility for days, nights and weekends, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

1–2 years of bartending experience in luxury resort or hospitality.
Enthusiasm, professionalism and warm hospitality when communicating with guests.
Regular lifting up to 40 lbs and ability to stay active during shifts.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to Canyon Ranch recipes and service standards.
Deliver personalized, attentive service while creating a welcoming guest experience.
Take and process beverage orders accurately, coordinating with servers and kitchen staff for timely service.
Maintain a clean, organized bar area and perform opening/closing duties.
Provide beverage recommendations and accommodate guest preferences when possible.
Monitor inventory levels, assist with restocking and communicate supply needs to management.
Comply with food safety, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, and Forbes Five‑Star standards.
Support a professional, team‑oriented environment reflecting Canyon Ranch's luxury hospitality.
