Job summary

Miraval Berkshires Resort and Spa is seeking a Barista (part-time) to craft beverages and snacks for guests in a fast-paced resort setting. You will greet guests warmly, connect with them, and deliver personalized service as part of the Food & Beverage team.

The role requires weekend availability and strong communication, with an emphasis on accuracy, speed, and a welcoming demeanor in a luxury wellness environment.

Qualifications

• Weekends a must.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 25 pounds).
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Miraval Baristas provide exemplary service to our guests.
• They are Food & Beverage ambassadors while working in the heart of the resort.
• Emphasis is placed on making guest connections and providing warm greetings to our guests while providing custom made beverages and snacks.
