Job summary

EōS Fitness is seeking a highly motivated Wellness & Recovery Specialist to support all brand amenities, including Refresh & Recovery, The Tank, EGYM, and Locker Rooms. The role emphasizes exceptional service, safety protocols, and operational cleanliness to enhance the member experience.

Responsibilities include education on recovery services, equipment monitoring, and coordination with managers to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Must successfully pass Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Assist and educate members on Refresh & Recovery services (Cryotherapy, Infrared Therapy, Hydro Massage, Normatech, Theraguns).
• Follow and lead safety protocols to protect health and safety of team members and members.
• Enforce membership levels for amenity access.
• Monitor saunas and recovery rooms ensuring clean, well-lit, and comfortable spaces.
• Identify equipment or technical issues and report to Operations Manager.
• Ensure equipment is functional, clean, and accessible to members.
• Conduct daily audits of equipment and cleanliness during weekly walks.
• Audit pool and sauna temperatures and report issues.
• Support front desk staff to ensure smooth operations and member satisfaction.

EōS Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and customer centric leader to take on the new role of Wellness & Recovery Specialist. This role supports all brand amenities, including Refresh & Recovery, The Tank, EGYM, and Locker Rooms. The Wellness & Recovery Specialist focuses on providing exceptional service by supporting amenities and enforcing safety protocols to ensure superior experience of a member. Key responsibilities include cleanliness, and organization of all amenities, identifying equipment issues, and coordinating with managers to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Assist and educate members on Refresh & Recovery services, including Cryotherapy, Infrared Therapy, Hydro Massage, Normatech, Theraguns, and other offerings.
• Follow and lead safety protocols to prioritize the health and safety of both team members and members.
• Enforce membership compliance by ensuring members have the correct membership level to access amenities.
• Monitor saunas and recovery rooms to ensure quality member experience by maintaining clean floors, stocked towels, appropriate lighting, and comfortable music levels.
• Identify equipment or technical issues for EGYM and Tank amenities and communicate concerns to the Operations Manager for resolution.
• Ensure all equipment is functional, clean, and equally accessible to members, promoting fair usage.
• Conduct daily audits of equipment functionality and cleanliness during weekly walks for all amenities, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Regularly audit pool and sauna temperatures, functionality, and cleanliness during shift walks, and report any issues.
• Maintain overall organization by ensuring equipment is returned to appropriate areas after use.
• Support front desk staff as needed to ensure smooth operations and member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask while effectively engaging with members in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, able to clearly convey issues and operational needs to management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• The ability and willingness to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
• Willing to learn about the different Refresh & Recovery services we offer.
• Passionate about health and wellness.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Must successfully pass Background Check.

Hourly Pay Range

$15—$16 USD
