Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school is required.
• Experience working in healthcare customer service is preferred.
• Submit to and pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial screenings and referrals to various support services.
• Maintain ongoing communication with referring providers.
• Respond to emergency situations in a timely fashion.
• Document services needed and referrals completed.
