We are looking for a practitioner with a passion for functional and integrative medicine, particularly focused on thyroid health, hormone optimization, and whole-body wellness.

We are looking for a practitioner with a passion for functional and integrative medicine, particularly focused on thyroid health, hormone optimization, and whole-body wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide thorough consultations and wellness assessments focused on thyroid function, hormone imbalances, and related health concerns

• Order and interpret lab work related to thyroid panels, hormone levels, adrenal health, and more

• Create personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle guidance, supplementation, hormone therapy, and integrative approaches

• Collaborate with our team of estheticians, nurse injectors, and wellness professionals for a holistic approach to care

• Educate patients on sustainable wellness strategies and support long-term health improvements

• Stay current on functional and integrative medicine advancements and continue professional development

Qualifications:

• Valid and unrestricted license in the state of South Carolina (MD, DO, NP, or ND)

• Experience in treating thyroid disorders, adrenal fatigue, perimenopause/menopause, and low testosterone

• Training in integrative, functional, or holistic medicine preferred

• Exceptional patient care and communication skills

• Commitment to a patient-first, personalized care philosophy
