About the Role

Dermacare is a leading medical aesthetics and plastic surgery practice. We seek an experienced Wellness Physician (MD or DO) to join our Mission Valley clinic and expand integrative wellness offerings. The ideal candidate has experience with hormone replacement therapy (HRT), functional medicine, regenerative care, and brings a patient‑first mindset with a collaborative, entrepreneurial approach. Part‑time or full‑time availability is accepted.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth wellness evaluations centered on hormone optimization, metabolic health, and longevity‑focused medicine.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans encompassing HRT, peptide therapies, weight‑management programs, and other regenerative options.
• Seamlessly blend wellness protocols with aesthetic and surgical care to deliver a cohesive, whole‑patient experience.
• Educate patients on lifestyle strategies, nutrition, and evidence‑based regenerative therapies that support long‑term health.
• Partner with a collaborative clinical and aesthetic team to enhance and grow Dermacare’s wellness offerings.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of advancements in functional, regenerative, and anti‑aging medicine.
• Demonstrate a genuine interest and willingness to learn—and perform—aesthetic treatments as part of a holistic patient approach.
