Zusammenfassung

The Yakutat Community Health Center is seeking a Wellness Specialist to support community health and wellness initiatives through outreach, education, prevention, and engagement. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver culturally responsive wellness activities for all ages, working with staff and partners to promote physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well‑being.

This non‑exempt, entry‑level role requires HIPAA compliance, background checks, and immunization verification.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to pass criminal history and background checks.
• Valid Alaska driver’s license or ability to obtain one.
• Immunizations or immunity testing as required before start date.
• HIPAA compliance and mandatory reporter responsibilities are required.
