Are you looking to make a real difference in your dental assisting career, not just clock in and out?

JoinThe Whole Tooth, where dentistry is about more than just teeth. We're a boutique biological dental practice rooted in whole-body wellness, thoughtful care, and long-term relationships. This role is ideal for someone considering a future in dental hygiene or dental school, or a career RDA who wants a meaningful place to grow.

Our approach blends the science and art of dentistry with the principles of wellness. From restorative work to airway health and safe metal removal, everything we do is rooted in helping our patients feel better in theirmind, body, and smile.

As a Dental Assistant here, you’ll do more than set up rooms and sterilize instruments. You'll be a true patient care partner—helping gather data, support care plans, and build trust. You'll play an active role in our patients’ transformation and in the continued growth of our practice.

We intentionally see a limited number of patients each day to protect our energy and ensure our care is thoughtful, not rushed. We dedicate time weekly for admin flow and team improvement, and we even have an Exhale Recovery Suite with an infrared sauna, red light therapy, and grounding mat for your well-being.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Detail-Oriented and Efficient:You value clean ops, sharp documentation, and organized systems
  • A Calm Connector:You help patients feel safe, seen, and ready to say yes to care
  • Quick to Learn:You take initiative, adapt easily, and follow through without being asked twice
  • Poised and Professional:You bring warmth, polish, and presence to every patient interaction
  • Aligned with Wellness:You understand (or are open to learning) how the mouth mirrors whole-body health
  • Social Media–Friendly:You're open to helping with reels or behind-the-scenes content (bonus, not required)

Requirements:

  • 1+ year dental assisting experience preferred
  • Legally permitted to work in the United States
  • Strongcommunication, charting, and typing skills
  • Monday–Thursday availability
  • Interest inholistic dentistry and wellness-oriented care

Why Join Us?

  • A Culture of Wellness:Slower pace, intentional care, supportive environment
  • Built-In Perks:Red light therapy, grounding tools, a peaceful garden, and wellness-minded team culture
  • Purposeful Dentistry:Help patients heal from the inside out, and learn along the way
