Job summary

Laurus in Fishers, IN, seeks an Assistant Wellness Director (LPN) to support the Wellness Director in daily clinical operations and regulatory compliance within our 1440 Experience community.

You will assist with resident assessments, care planning, medication management, and staff supervision while promoting teamwork and resident satisfaction. This on-site role requires leadership, organization, and communication in a fast-paced senior living setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) currently licensed and in good standing.
• Minimum of one year of Assisted Living or Memory Care experience; supervisory/leadership preferred.
• Knowledge of Indiana regulations governing Assisted Living and Memory Care Communities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily oversight of clinical operations.
• Perform resident assessments and care planning as directed.
• Coordinate care conferences and obtain physician orders.
• Monitor medications and ensure MAR/TAR accuracy.
• Provide coaching and supervision to Wellness team members.
• Assist with regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
