Job summary

MorningStar Senior Living in Everett, WA seeks a Wellness Director (LPN/RN) to lead clinical operations for all resident health services in our senior living community. This full-time role oversees daily healthcare operations, staff supervision, and care plan development.

You will assess residents, coordinate with families and care team, ensure compliance with infection control and regulations, and manage medication schedules. On-call coverage and leadership in care delivery are required.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills in English and ability to coordinate with families, staff and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day healthcare operations of the community and supervise health care provided.
• Assess residents' health, functional and psychosocial status, and initiate individualized service plans.
