Job summary

Better Living in Iowa is seeking an LPN to provide direct nursing care to residents and support daily clinical operations. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, person-centered care in line with care plans and regulatory guidelines.

The role reports to a Registered Nurse or physician. Responsibilities include medication administration, care planning participation, documentation in the EHR, and adherence to infection control standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
• Must pass criminal background check and health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Support daily clinical operations under supervision.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team per care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely.
