Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Nursing License in the appropriate state.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience caring for the elderly in assisted living, skilled nursing, or hospital settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform health assessments and regular wellness visits for residents.
• Oversee medication administration and verify schedules and MARs.
• Develop and review individualized service plans in coordination with the Wellness Director and care team.
• Maintain infection control and OSHA guidelines as required.
• Provide compassionate resident care and support to families.
