Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in the United States is seeking a Wellness Nurse (RN) to oversee resident health, support clinical systems, and ensure high-quality, compliant care delivery across our communities. You will conduct assessments, monitor health trends, oversee medication programs, and coordinate care with families and physicians.

The role emphasizes clinical leadership, infection control, staff training, incident monitoring, and ongoing quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Experience in assisted living, hospital or long-term care.
• Strong clinical judgment and regulatory knowledge.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
