Sage Park Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Nurse (PRN) to provide direct and indirect care to residents with a focus on safety and quality of life. You will work under the supervision of the Resident Wellness Director, adhering to nursing standards and regulatory requirements.

The role requires RN or LPN licensure, knowledge of geriatric physiology and psychology, and at least 1 year in a senior living setting. A compassionate, team-oriented approach is essential.

Formación

• RN or LPN license.
• Knowledge of physiology and psychology of older adults.
• Minimum one year in a senior living environment.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and indirect care to residents/patients under supervision.
• Maintain mandated nursing standards and comply with state/federal regulations.
• Assist in medication management, documentation and transitions of care.
• Ensure rooms and common areas are clean and safe.
• Train and coordinate care team per resident needs.
• Provide accurate timely documentation and charting.
