Watermark Laguna Niguel is seeking a Wellness Nurse to support residents in a trusted senior living community. You will apply LVN skills with compassion, lead care coordination, and partner with the interdisciplinary team to help residents thrive daily.

This part-time role requires a Saturday and Sunday schedule, offers hourly pay between $45 and $47, and includes benefits and access to paid time off, 401k, and education programs designed to support career growth in a purpose-driven workplace.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license in state
• Management experience in a healthcare setting
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient with Word, Excel and online systems
• Minimum 2 years in an Assisted Living or Senior Housing community

What you will need to qualify for this positions:

• Licensed Vocational Nurse
• Management experience

• 2 plus years in an Assisted Living or Senior Housing Community

Compensation: $45.00 - $47.00 per hour paid bi-weekly

Part time: Three Days per week, Saturday and Sunday required
