Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking a Wellness Nurse to support residents and help them thrive daily. Bring your LVN credentials and leadership to a compassionate, team‑driven senior living environment where patient care and communication matter.

This part‑time role offers a three‑day workweek (Sat/Sun required), with compensation of $45.00–$47.00 per hour. Benefits include earned income access, scheduling app, vacation/holiday/sick pay, a 401k, and ongoing education programs.

Qualifications

• Licensed Vocational Nurse licensure in good standing.
• Minimum 2+ years in an Assisted Living or Senior Housing community.
• Strong leadership and management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide wellness nursing care to residents.
• Collaborate with the care team to promote resident thriving.
• Document care plans and progress using Word, Excel and online systems.

Compensation: $45.00 - $47.00 per hour paid bi-weekly

Part time: Three Days per week, Saturday and Sunday required
