Job summary

Forestdale Park, part of Senior Living Residences, seeks a Wellness Nurse to support the Resident Care Director by developing and directing a comprehensive care program for all residents. The role includes training CNAs and coordinating with families, physicians and community partners to maintain high-quality care.

Requirements include MA-licensed LPN/RN and at least 1 year of experience with elderly or Alzheimer’s populations.

Qualifications

• LPN or RN with a valid MA license.
• 1+ years experience working with elderly and/or Alzheimer's populations.
• Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents.
• Effective communication with residents, families and physicians.
• Punctuality and reliability in daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing, directing and developing a comprehensive care program for all residents.
• Assist in training and managing CNAs; liaise with families, physicians and care providers.
• Ensure quality resident care and program execution across shifts.
