Maplewood Senior Living is seeking an RN/LPN Wellness Nurse for the Mill Hill Residence in West Yarmouth, MA. This full-time role covers 3p-11p with on-site responsibilities in a resident-centric healthcare setting.

The position requires an active LPN license, CPR certification, and at least two years of clinical experience, preferably in assisted living or long-term care. You’ll supervise medication administration, support resident assessments, and mentor staff while ensuring high patient

Qualifications

• Two years full time or full time equivalent clinical experience.
• Experience in assisted living or long term care setting preferred.
• Licensed Practical Nurse currently licensed to practice in the appropriate state(s).
• Basic first aid and CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Assist in supervising the medication program and assist residents with self-administration of medication.
• Maintain positive relations with residents, families and physicians.
• Report significant incidents or changes in residents’ needs to the Executive Director/Resident Services Director.
• Support the completion of resident assessments and service plans.
• Assist with clinical assessments/recertifications per ALSA requirements.
• Assist in training and orientation of new associates.
• Attend and participate in scheduled in-service programs and meetings.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing of Resident Services Assistants as needed.
