Cogir Senior Living in the United States is seeking a Wellness Nurse (LPN) to ensure high‑quality health care for residents. You will assess health, manage medications, and collaborate with the Health and Wellness Director to coordinate care with residents, families, and the care team.

The role involves staff supervision, scheduling, and hands‑on nursing tasks, with a Monday–Friday 6:30 am–2:30 pm shift pattern.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN nursing license is required.
• Associate degree in nursing is preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Perform resident assessments and monitor condition changes.
• Coordinate with Health and Wellness Director for quality service.
• Participate in hands-on care, medication administration, and nursing tasks.
• Schedule and assign caregiving and med tech shifts for coverage.
• Supervise, train, and support care team members.
• Maintain accurate resident records and care plans.
• Coordinate with home health agencies and families as needed.
• Assist in admissions and supervise move-ins.
• Address residents' needs, requests, and complaints.
