Job summary

Viva Senior Living in Georgia is seeking a Wellness Nurse (part time with possibility of full time) to join the Clinical Services team. The role emphasizes nursing care, medication administration, and collaboration with the Wellness Director to support residents’ wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid LPN license issued by the State of New York.
• Must possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or a GED.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Provide care, treatment, and medication administration to assigned residents.
• Assess residents’ condition and report per care plans and regulations.
• Assist with oversight of ancillary care staff in the absence of the Wellness Director.
• Provide personal care and ADL assistance to residents.
• Supervise Care staff and maintain shift-to-shift reports.
• Obtain and transcribe physician orders and maintain documentation.
