Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Wellness Nurse to provide compassionate home care to Life Care At Home clients and Montgomery Place residents in the Chicago area. You will administer medications, update documentation, respond to emergencies, and guide non-licensed staff to ensure continuity of care.

The position is a full-time day shift (7:00am–7:30pm) with every other weekend required. Competitive hourly pay ($35–$40) and benefits are offered based on status, including health, dental,

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Currently licensed as an LPN in Illinois.
• Ability to communicate with residents and staff.
• Ability to work holidays and weekends; on-call availability.
• Demonstrated ability to administer medications.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as required.
• Maintain accurate documentation of medications and care.
• Respond to resident emergency calls and make rounds with physicians.
• Transcribe orders and notify changes to physician and family.
• Assist in admissions/discharges and ensure care plans are followed.

About the Position: Wellness Nurse provides compassionate care to clients, residents, and patients; Assesses, plans, coordinates, and implements effective care with Life Care At Home clients and Independent Living residents at Montgomery Place: Administers medications, treatments, updates documentation and responds to emergency calls in an accurate and timely manner; Provides guidance to non-licensed care staff to help ensure continuity of care.About Life Care At Home: We bring trusted, personalized home care to older adults living at Montgomery Place and throughout the greater Chicago community. Montgomery Place is the premiere senior living community overlooking Lake Michigan and the Museum of Science and Industry, and serves as the cultural center of East Hyde Park.
