Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Nurse (LPN/LVN) to support resident health and ensure clinical quality on site in Charlottesville, Virginia. The role involves wellness assessments, medication oversight, and collaboration with families and care teams to maintain regulatory compliance.

You will monitor incidents, document care accurately, and participate in infection control efforts while supporting staff with clinical quality initiatives and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in senior living or clinical setting.
• Solid assessment and documentation abilities.
• Knowledge of medication administration and compliance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
